Launching Chat Broome

I’ve just launched a new podcast called Chat Broome, which is a silly name, but not quite as silly as Broomeshtick. I’m fine with both.

You can read the launch post over at Write for Your Life (the title links there too) for more information, or you can head straight to the site itself. You should definitely subscribe in iTunes.

One thing I forgot to mention in that launch post was that this is part of a new routine I’m trying to develop, where I get up at 6-6.30am and work on my second novel for an hour or so, then record an episode of Chat Broome.

It’s all part of a plan to try and find some extra structure to my writing. One thing I know is that I don’t want to be up until the early hours writing and then rising and in no way shining to go to work the following morning again.

That’s what I did before. It worked, eventually. But this time I want to create new working patterns, rhythms and structures. Go to bed at a normal hour. Get up early and write. It sounds simple, yeah?

I want to be more organised. I need to be more organised.
